These terms govern your purchase and use of Assetly, a SketchUp extension published by Lukasik Design spol. s r.o. ("we", "us").
License. When you buy Assetly, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software:
You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or share your license key with others. Each key is tied to your purchase and may be deactivated if we detect abuse (e.g. sharing a key publicly).
Availability. We aim to keep the license server and download available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We'll do our best to give notice of planned downtime.
Liability. Assetly is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Nothing here limits liability where it can't legally be limited.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
We collect the minimum needed to sell and support Assetly:
We use standard third-party processors to run this business: Stripe and/or Gumroad (payments), Render or similar (server hosting), and an email delivery provider (transactional email only). Each has their own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.
You can ask us to delete your data (email, activation records) at any time by emailing us — we'll remove what we're not legally required to keep for accounting purposes.
If Assetly doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
For monthly subscriptions, canceling stops future charges but doesn't automatically refund the current billing period — email us if you'd like that period refunded too and we'll handle it the same way.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
